Who we are
Speak & Grow is a whole-school vocabulary programme provided by Amanda Smith Education (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle the information you provide when you contact us through the Book a Demo enquiry form on this website.
Information we collect
When you submit a demo enquiry, we collect the details you provide in the form:
- Your name
- Your role
- Your school’s name
- Your school’s location or country
- Your email address
- Approximate number of children
- The message you write to us
We do not ask for information about children through this form, and we ask that you do not include any child’s personal details in your message.
Why we collect it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a demonstration, and to understand how Speak & Grow could support your school. We will not sell your information, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it for unrelated marketing.
How your information is stored and handled
Your enquiry is stored securely in our database, which acts as our system of record. When you submit the form, we also send an automated notification to our team so we can respond promptly, and an acknowledgement email to the address you provide.
These emails are delivered through a reputable third-party email provider acting on our behalf. Your information is handled with appropriate care and is accessible only to those who need it to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information securely for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless your school has an ongoing relationship with Amanda Smith Education, in which case we keep only what is necessary to support that relationship.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it. To make a request, or if you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at hello@speakandgrowacademy.com.
